It was good I never do well in Q and do better lap times in the races, had abit of damage in race 2 and stan got past me on 2nd to last lap but had the tow rope on untill the line

Moppar I did use your tune.... I used one Flyin Mikey sent me in the first race, and yours in the second race. Yours may have been a tiny bit better, but its really difficult to tell. I thank you.

no problem, lemme know if you want one for Road Atlanta. It will most likely be a different build all together (like most of the others lol)

It was a interesting two races to say the least, 1st time ive tuned any car for top drivers - tryed my best!

Great racing Scot. You had the acceleration out of the corners that I couldn't match. I had better momentum, but you kept placing your car in such a way that I couldn't maintain it through the corners and had to fight you "on your terms".....git!!

If anyone thought I was a bit too quick at Tsukuba... just wait until Road Atlanta Club: a track I know how to bloody pass at.

I want to add that I did have some fun battles throughout R2 with Franchitti and Morphader. Like I referred, Tsukuba is a hard track to actually complete a pass at.

Well that was fun, to say the least. The cars are so light and front heavy that the slightest bump knocks them off course completely.

I can't tune FWD cars for turd, either.

Well I had fun in my first proper race in tora ( apart from a couple of rushed unprepared Porsche races ) and I must admit I really like these cars....I just wished I'd seen Flyin Mikey's message that he sent regard the tune because I tried it after the race and it was so much more stable.
Race 1 for me was pretty uneventful apart from a little battle with overtake...man that Abarth is quick in a straight line.
Race 2 was a bit more action packed...was a bit too cautious on the first lap and got bullied a little bit but once it all settled down I ends up racing with Beanz for about 8 laps...I felt sure he was going to have me as I could hear him breathing down my neck but I just managed to hold him off and pick up a 6th which I'm happy about....cheers lads I really enjoyed it

Hey guys, it was a great race yesterday...

I had lots of fun driving these little cars, only there was almost no room for overtaking on this small track..

Race didn't go too badly considering I built the car 15 mins before the race! (How very Thorney of me!)
Obviously at the back for Qualy, Got a decent start for R1 and had some close battles until poxi tried a move up the inside (on the grass) into T2 and tagged me.

Race 2 at the front for all of a lap. Car spinning up out of corners despite some inter-race tuning. Responded better but still dire out of corners.
Dropped back a bit and got caught in a few other people's accidents which required evasive manouvres.
Had a good battle with a couple of the guys at the back until the car just decided to be slow again.

Hopefully will go quicker at RA with a decent tune and some track time. Incidentally, if anyone can help with a tune for the Agila that'd be great

Already started one for you Matt, and doing the proper Karcher logo, will gift them both when done. My tuning skillz might not be the greatest, but I did take a lobby win and a second with them.

Threw a build and tune together, ran five laps, and got a clean 1.09.022, and that was with an 8% damaged engine, so there's potential there. It's on my Brenneke account, need you to accept my friend request to gift it to you.

Not a very good first event for me. I think the level of competition has improved immensely since I last entered a touring car type event last year on Forza 3.
Didn't improve much in race 1 and then to be smashed out the way (literally) in race 2.

at least it gives someone else a chance to win

Sorry Dan, that one's all on me. I brake quite deep into that corner and wasn't prepared for the Cygnet in front of me to slow down for an earlier apex like it had run into a brick wall.


First race was much better for me. I was harassing FranchittiFan for a good portion of it but also had a couple of 2 wide moments round the final corner with the Fiat 500 that was destroying me down the back straight.

Okay... I am an idiot for not checking the tune provided for me, as a result I got DQ'd for Tsukuba, and I fully accept that decision.

Now here's the deallio: I now have a f###in fast car, and something to prove, as I am sure there are people who think I was fast because I was cheating. I hope to remove any and all doubts in the next round at Rd Atlanta.

All I can say is watch the f### out come R2 and I have to come from the back.

not that I thought you were cheating but it would explain why tubbi had such an amazing time lol.

knowing how fast you were you should be able to get back up in the points! just 2x your tunes from now on

I have had this happen to me once before that the car supplied to me was against the rules, what made it more funny it was AJ that done it and he was running the series, we both got dq'ed

It is a shame but Beanz did make the comment during the race that he was trying really hard yet still could'nt catch you.

So who has been disqualified then ???

I have a tune that I got 1:04.6 with , my own build, 100% legal... should have run that one, as it was still quick enough to keep Beanz whining.
