Glad it's helped you man. Unfortunately, fitting those wheels is the only way to have enough PI to apply race brakes and an extra rear tyre width.

It's kind of frustrating watching your replay and then give it a try by myself. I'm driving a 02:06.081 right now, and I think I'll get it down to a 02:05.7xx max.
And i'm driving exactly the same lines, gears and everything.
Not everyone can be the fast one I guess

I'm the same mate, doing 2:05's now, but this is with-out the 15% power reduction. Theses lads are putting in 2:04's with the 15% power reduction. I think ,if you use the clutch with manual gears it will improve your times much more as well. I'm just in manual.VictorJansen wrote:It's kind of frustrating watching your replay and then give it a try by myself. I just recently switched from using Manual w/ Clutch to Manual only as I found it more beneficial to be able to brake and downshift. (I use a controller)
Interesting topic for discussion. Any other thoughts out there?

What do you use for shift up & shift down?
I'm using the default X for up and B for down. I can make shift down work reasonably well by putting my right thumb across A and X at the same time, but shifting up isn't working out too well.
