all about the throttle control in the Sierra if ur 2 late or 2 early on the throttle ur losing atleast 1-3 tenghts right there

I can't decide if a power rocket or a grip car is best.
They both run 2:04:3s every single lap but the grip car will take more of a nudge (not that you boys nudge, herherm ) where as the rocket can overtake on the easy bit of track but is a proper handful on the twisty bits.

Oh. ....and due to hamish comments about the paint it has been Elgar with something a little more in keeping with the times of the car.

Something else I've been thinking about. ...In short oval racing most formulas denote the experience of the driver in the roof colour.
White roof = first year of racing
Yellow roof = second year of racing
Red roof or coloured in anything but white yellow or gold f = experienced driver more than two years
Gold roof can only be run by the previous champion or the currently leading champion.

Can we do this?

Anybody got a nice Nissan tune for the one race I will be joining on Silverstone? Currently my fastest is a 2:07.8, so need to find some time to be competative. Very Happy

I tried Solar Flar3's tune on his storefront, but can't even get under the 2:10's with that one.. Very Happy

slowly bringing the time down but no were near enough to be competitive iv tried all sorts of tunes and nothing seems to work this is going to be by far my weakest track i hate Silverstone as it is a pointless track lol...

Jonno, this round was to be Road Atlanta, but was pressed into adding Silverstone instead for "BTCC" reasons.

What I am finding is the speed cars are having grip issues, the grip cars are having speed issues... which could very well make for a very interesting round of raing this week.

Ran a lap today and got a 2:04.7 with the Hockenheim tune. with some luck and Happy Beers I could be able to shave more time off with tuning and some testing.

This is the reason a lot of my past TORA cars have had a Gold Roof (TRC World Champion 2010-Present) It would be cool but hard to police I think. (Plus this isn't really a Short Oval kinda Crowd for the most part)

On Topic and since Solar won't be there to ask me and it's kinda tradition for Quali now....

I cannot speak for A Lobby, but the racing in B Lobby was more than quite fun.
