My car got 1:33:000 on Road America

29s at Road Atlanta for me

I'm in the 1:30s as of now.

High 29's for Team AAR, but in our backup car? WTF? lol mid 30's in our primary car.

Due to brand loyalty, the fans, and sponsors, we will probably run our slower pick, and go for manufacturer points.

Not to tip anyone off to your "corporate loyalty", but I know that Diablo won a couple rounds in a stacked field with one last season.

Indeed, it is in that spirit of competition that we prefer to be at AAR too. A little different, not like everyone else, and still fast enough to compete.

One thing to remember, with the inverted grid and passing points, no matter your pace, you will find yourself in some of the most heated battles you'll find anywhere. So while you may be a little concerned of your pace going into the series, come race time that may be the last thing on your mind.

Wish I had the time to test out all the cars and different builds, but there's simply too many. I'm definitely at least a second off in the Javelin, but I figure if I like the car I'm driving and have some close races that will be enough.

And given the strengths and weaknesses of the different cars, factoring in the open builds, there's a good chance a car that is slightly off pace at one track will be a car to beat elsewhere.

I'm in the same boat echo, I tested about half of them and decided to just go with brand favorite regardless of performance. At least that way I can drive what I like because even if I drove the fastest best car of the bunch, I'd still be a second behind the fast guys so I might as well just enjoy the car instead and let the chips fall where they may. So far I think I'm the only one driving the Cuda.

Built a Cougar out of curiosity after the race... 1:28.2 on Atlanta.

running 1:36:785 at laguna seca. thinking times will be at or around 34s or 35s

Looking for 33s here.

Holy crap, I think in higher P.I. cars they were pushing to get 34s? Roscoe ran a 34.3 and Jack Coffey a 34.6, both in 77 Trans Am 650 P.I.

Yeah the OP cougar will do 32s
