Hot Hatch Challenge Discussion

The only thing that I was disappointed in was my slow launch in all 3 races.
I had the pole in the 1st race and could not get started fast enough To be in 1st around turn 1.

I don't care for the way we have to go 1 lap and then stop in our grid position to watch the clock to start.
I even have the same trouble in practice with the AI all passing me before the 1st turn.
Too bad that we can't let the game start the race, since we are set in our Grid order by the Host of the Lobby.

This would also eliminate any jump starts also.

Warm up lap is for broadcast purposes

It also eliminates alot of crashes with cold tires.

is GT Don counting this series towards the IFCA rankings?

I just saw the April update for Forza is released today. It mentioned some curb updates for a few tracks but didn't specify which ones. Trying to find more info...

I like the idea of test drive in multiplayer, it looks like the full patchnotes haven't been added to the Forum yet though.

Wow just heard the update drops at 11 am PSDT which is 7:00 pm UK time, lets hope it's not a big download otherwise we could be a bit late getting today's race started

PLEASE check all your tunes are the correct PI. The update has changed the Hyundai to now be 5 PI over when using the tune before the update.

I've had days like that.

A small patch has been released today for Forza 7, not entirely sure what it's for but some people on the forums said they couldn't run the game at all since last Thursdays update and this patch has fixed the game for them.

The patch was to address a particular issue.

Sorry mate, that was very much unintentional, and I doubt I could ever get so lucky as be able to actually do that on purpose.

For the record, we had done about a lap and a half side by side with no contact battling for a spot prior to that incident. I was bummed when that incident happened, as that was the end of one of the best battles I have ever had in all my years of racing.

Hey man it happens. Was a brilliant race and wonderful battle. Already can't wait for the next round.

I know, but the reason I was disappointed is I wanted that battle to go to the end. Was too much fun.

Note: There are some discrepancies in team standings in both EU and US series. The issue is known, is being worked on, and will be corrected ASAP.

Thanks dandy. I'm glad I checked the forum. I'm home for about 10 min and won't be back til about 10 min before the race. This could've caused me to miss.
