Re: Regulation Clarification
Can I ask how many drivers in each team? Trying to look at these rules is making my eyes hurt. Easy? YEAH RIGHT!

Re: Regulation Clarification
Are you guys sure 3 BTCC style races is such a good idea in these? Would be much more fun with one long 30 minute race, or a 10 minute then a 20 minute or something. Same goes for the V8C.

Re: Regulation Clarification
Another thing, why is TCS allowed, surely we can all drive cars without TCS?! Okay, LMS I can see why. But common!

Re: Regulation Clarification
Yeah these cars are very tricky without TCS, takes a few races to get used to it.

Re: Regulation Clarification
i think they aren't to bad without it as they have alot of downforce but you do need as Nick said a few races to get used to it.

Re: Regulation Clarification
Can I just point out something. In the rules it says the cars have to meet PI815...but the Merc is 818 and the Opel is 817
Make it 820? That makes room for wheel upgrades.

No need to get all defensive!
Seriously, why can't people just learn to drive cars rather than just be lazy.

Re: Regulation Clarification
All of the DTM cars can make 815 with different wheels, the Audi can not make 820.

lol @ "no need to get all defensive"
then next line you get defensive...besides, if you can master driving without the aids, then you'll be faster than the people who run TCS...
so there's a definite advantage to putting in the time and learning how to drive with it off...but if people dont want to do that, then they can just flick it on and not have to worry about it...

Im fine with that, when people who need it use it, its just when people who are skiiled enough to not need it use it. And there are no people who have entered this so far who can't control a 400 and a bit HP RWD car.

well let me ask you this.
which is more skilled.
the driver who turns off TCS because he dosent need it...
or the driver who leaves it on and tries to see if he cant engage it...

Re: Regulation Clarification
Yup, it's just the website address. I'm building a post up of all official decals for all series that will go out shortly, but the TCM cars MUST have the www.theonlineracingassociation.com sunstrip, plus a number box on both sides of the car and one on the hood/bonnet.
