iRacing

Just wondering if we could maybe add one or two paid tracks into the calender? The Miatas are a tonne of fun at Zandvoort and Brands Hatch. $15 is only about £7 and €9. Would make things a bit more interesting.

I have no issue with having 1 or 2 extra tracks.

I really don't want any extra tracks just for the 1st season, its just a fun starter championship to bring TORA racers to iRacing & iRacing drivers to TORA.

Dallara DW-12 being confirmed to be available for the iRacing Indy 500 next weekend. They're releasing the Speedway Kit for the car and will be releasing the other 2-3 in the Season 3 build in mid July. Instant WANT!

Any news of any new tracks lately? Aren't they supposed to be bringing out some British tracks soon? May well be wrong.

Monza is their priority at the moment. Donington is being worked on too and we may see it towards the end of the 3rd season. After that, Imola. But I'm not sure what their plans are after that.

I really wish I could get iRacing, but none of my computers can handle it and I just don't have the money for it right now   

My oval career has been interesting so far...

Just got into iRacing. Hoping my computer can keep up with it, and my 4 year old wheel works decent enough with the Force Feedback broken XD

The amount of fun this car brings is so cool. They're just releasing the Super Speedway car (Indianapolis Aerodynamic Kit) and they plan to release the Road/Street Course and Oval car later this summer. Even with the wrong body this car is just amazing on this track. What's more is that they've even included Push 2 Pass too!

Just won my first race in the Skip Barber, an awesome race. I spun while trying to take the lead in the early laps but came back to win after taking the lead with 2 laps to go. iRacing is so fun!

Who would be up for a one off event on iRacing? I was thinking maybe an oval race in the street stock at charlotte.

No offence but why when a potential TORA iRacing series/event has been suggested have we been pointed in the direction of BSR? If iRacing is not welcome here as a TCR event I cantake myself somewhere else and host it myself. I know I would be able to get enough people to have a race.

because there established series and who here has any experince hosting Iracing series? There are a lot more if I point you 2 http://www.isrtv.com/ is the best and how many ppl do you expect to race in the TCR Iracing series?

When did I say Iracing is not welcome here? was only suggesting a site I know friends race there, I could point out a 100 of clubs if you want as well

Well if this is how TORA is going to be about it then we wont host it here simple. I don't understand what issue you have with us trying to host a one off event.

There no issue at all I was posting up was a suggested series, have no issue you running your own series here

Darren, if you'd like to set up a race please feel free to do so. I'm afraid I don't have much experience with it myself so I don't understand the technical complexities of setting up an event but if you feel you can get that up and running then please do go for it!
