i have two visors....regular clear(for rain and night) and Tinted. Im getting a Metallic Orange Visor with tear offs soon....before a run this 4 hour Endurance race in september.

yh I had two clear, one black tint one red to mach the race suit n parts of the lid
Still use it to this day

im just getting chrome or iridium, i was going to get a white suit, and helmet with a blue shield and go stig style but white suits cost extra

how's that set up anyway?

I was just wondering- did you guys just decide to start karting one day or was it suggested to you by family or a friend?

Brnout... for me It was suggested by my folks after I pretty much bored them to death with racing stuff week in week out. First events were when I was 12.
Took it up more competitively at uni but sadly my folks haven't realy been in a position to help out as much. Though they've done their best.

My parents decided it for me, brought me a kart at the age of 5 to go around his unit carpark then we went to my local kart track and it went on from there.

all the tint comes off really easy.

i decided my self. i have several friends who race karts or drag race and i wanted to get in on the action

oh klkl, well taqke my advise on the visor! I wasted about £90 getting a chrome and was ruined after 2 races
Go for iridium!

thats the plan. im just going to et the shield with the helmet

I think I'm gonna go down to raceway park one day and rent for a day- there's practice, a sprint race and then a full race

I'll probably go with my dad or something, so I can show 'em up

awesome, from there maybe you can get your own. arrive and drive is a great learning tool and a good way to decide if you do want to race for real. if youre good and really enjoy it, maybe yor dad will let you go out on your own in your own kart

do you pay monthly for karts?

i pay a $37 track fee every time i show up to race. since i dont have a trailer, i take up two cars and my arents ay $15 for parking, then i pay maybe $2.75 tops for gasso its not too bad three weekends a month

nope im paying for mine tonight, in cash. im leaving in an hour to go pick it up

Helmets now on order. after i get that im set to go. im racing my 1st event on the 20th of september because the owner of the track is opening it up for me to practice on the 19th

ive since pulled all the decals except my number off my kart, and the monster stickers on my helmet have sincve been replaced wit scuderia ferrari logos

im bringing this back, im going to get some vinyl work done for my kart and was wondering if anyone had a template for me?

After my first race my only question is, when you come to avoid a wreck, how much should you slow down? both times someone spun in front of me, i spun too

just try to react to what they're going to do, sometimes you don't even have to slow down

Im half-sponsored by monster, im in this program where they watch my progress and eventually, i could get a sponsorship, right now i just get a discount on monster, which i like never use haha. i still won yesterday though
