i would love it if they ran more Road Courses. they dont even have to stay in North America to do it (hint hint, TASCAR). The new cars this season definitely has me somewhat interested in it again though. the past several years, the COT's did NOT look like their 'production' counterparts.

I know his F1 career was abysmal, but his progress in stock cars has been quite entertaining. Not to set the bar too high, I feel he may be the best F1-to-NASCAR crossover yet. Looking forward to see just what he is capable of in the next level.

He got a win in Trucks on a 1.5 mile oval, a week or two after a win in Nationwide at Road America.

Aggressive but getting smoother on the ovals as he gains experience, as I said his stock car career has been fun to watch so far.

I'm getting pretty psyched for Daytona. I don't care what anyone says, I love watching the Daytona 500. All the over-hype, frivolity and American-ness makes it really fun to watch. I know there are many here who are quite snobby about NASCAR, but take it for what it is, and you will enjoy it. Get some mates down, get some beers, have some fun watching badass V8 barges racing at 200mph while impersonating DW. Lighten up!

I am looking forward to next weekend: Used To Be The Bud Shootout, and the ARCA race.

The UTBTBS is the first race for the new Cup cars, and the ARCA race is entertaining as long as nobody gets killed or seriously hurt. Its always cool to see just "who" is thinking of attempting NASCAR, as they have to race in ARCA before NASCAR will let them race at Daytona in Cup or Nationwide.
