It is now in the Rules and Regulations.

Drivers Championship

Each round of the TEC will score towards the overall Drivers Championship. Drivers will gain points for where their Teams finish overall.

Team Championship

Each round of the TEC will score towards the overall Teams Championship. Teams must use the exact same name throughout the entire TEC to continue scoring points. If a Team name change occurs for the next round then this will be classed as a new Team and will not tally up with the previous round. Drivers are not forced to race in the same team for the entire year, they may change out when required. Cars will be effected by the rules below.

Car Choice

Car Choice will be locked-in for Teams over certain events. Sebring and Le Mans will share the same Car List, and a Team that enters into Sebring must use the same Car for Le Mans. Teams may break apart to change cars for Le Mans after Sebring, however this Team will be seen as a new Team and will not be allowed to continue scoring points for the TEC Teams Championship.

Silverstone and Nurburgring will also share the same Car List - albeit different from Sebring and Le Mans - and the same rules will apply. Teams that choose a car for Silverstone must use the same Car for Nurburgring. Teams may break apart to change cars for Nurburgring after Silverstone, however this Team will be seen as a new Team and will not be allowed to continue scoring points for the TEC Teams Championship.

Round 3 will have a free choice of cars as the Car List will be different from either two already set Car Lists.

I would like to ask why the Aston DBR9 still has a 20% power handicap?. If all the other GT cars have now got full power ( gaining back their 15% penalty) the the Aston would now have an extra 5% handicap as it's only getting 10% back.
I'm not moaning, just asking a question.

it has a 30% handicap in the series , the 20% cap here was just how the numbers added up to keep lap times even.

My best time was a 2.04.8 in the lambo and my worse was a 2.05.8 in the 911. The Aston was a mid 05.

Cars were running 1:47s in P1 - but with some tuning we are looking at the 1:46s we think.

Build or PI is wrong for the 1b. To get to 988 you need 350's on the rear.

And to get a bit more choice in P1, maybe the "oldies"(not only panoz but even maybe the old Audis)could be considered?

This appears to be the case, however I could take this a stage further, use heavier rims and be able to get 350 width tires and 988 PI and it's highly likely that no one would notice, if the car needs rims, which is probably the case, the rim needs to be in the build, so that it's super easy to check if someone is cheating.
