Of course, why not do a brief summary of each lobby? That should only take up 2 minutes or so. I'll gladly voiceover that summary, and that way everybody gets a slice of the pie.

Agree with Amarth really, I'd go for all A Lobby, maybe as Jake said with a 2 minute round-up for the rest. That's where the title will be decided, even if I'm never going to be fast enough to be in there. Sad

Id rather see the 1st 2 races as different lobbies and to have every race 3 as lobby A.

Agree totally, I got guys to join from another site to the comp with the tempting carrot that they may get on TV, I think it will attract more people to the site if they too think they have a chance of being a part of it.

It's a marketing tool end of the day and should be used to it's best effect

Showing 1 race from 3 different lobbies every week would be an absolute nightmare to watch, not to mention how hard it would be to follow a championship. God help any random that flicks over and see's lobby G, then lobby D, then lobby A, it makes absolutely no sense.

If they show an A lobby race every week and 2 other lobbies it's not going to be that hard to follow.

Jake can give a short update on any of the lobbies just as well be it A or whatever,
I don't think we're going to have people other than our members watch it week in week out wanting to know who wins the championship anyway.

We're all in the same championship together so everyone should get a chance to shine. Just have 1 A lobby race as a cert every week.

We have to give all our members a chance to be part of something other online racing sites don't have that's our main tool to get drivers racing here. We're going have loads of calls for both sides sure, but look at the racing we got in the GT's from different lobbies that was great, sometimes its even closer than A lobby.

How about having Race 1 from any lobby (eg lobby c) with Races 2 & 3 coming from a different lobby (eg lobby a).

By having Races 2 & 3 from the same lobby it gives some continuity and sets up some tasty storylines for the third race.
Can Driver X make his way through the field to get 3 wins?
How will Driver Y go about trying to get past Driver Z now the shoe is on the other foot following a race long battle in Race 2?
Has the Citroen team solved their problem with rolling over?

This shouldn't be about individuals wanting to be on TV and 'sharing the spotlight', it should be about the TCC championship and showing the best possible coverage. You start removing races from the main contenders and your immediately covering the points in a veil of mist, no telling where such a person lost/gained so many points. Like somebody else suggested, having some time dedicated at the end to review each lobby makes more sense.

From what I've read so far the idea of having a show highlighting the races at the front of the pack with a dedicated section at the end of the program showing the 'best of the rest' is surely in the best interests of TORA - and as a result also in the best interests of everyone that races here?!?

If we get shown on tv then great, otherwise its first come first serve, id be happy with whatever get shown, the rest can be viewed from replays gathered from racers in each lobby, maybe make a video of confined replay takings from a capture card made into a video showing different races with voice overs from drivers here recorded via headset.
