Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
Where is the pit entrance? At the beginning on the last turn there's a side-road that acts as a pit entrance, but there's also a slipway at the end of the same turn that cuts into the side-road..
Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
I don't think you need to do a mandatory pit stop, stay out of trouble and you should be fine

I nkow there are no mandatory stops for TCC but I was wondering this too. What is the correct pit entry for Tsukuba?Standaman94 wrote:Where is the pit entrance? Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
I'd be happy with you using the entry after the last turn, before the pit wall, as long as it is SAFE to do so.

If someone decides to do that announce it, I do that corner right on the apex at 80mph
Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
Just did a bit of testing, we reckon that everybody should pit before the corner and keep your speed down as you can understeer into the wall. If you pit right after the corner it can be pretty dangerous.
Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
I think its the safest option that the pit lane starts from the lay by just before the last right hand turn. Hopefully no one will have to pit

Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
EK Racing are searching for a reserve driver. If Ben (iZ GunDaM/Vengeance is Rippin) needs to serve Phenomenal Racers then that would leave us running just 2 for that race. We are 8th at the moment & hoping for a top 10 finish. If interested PM me

Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
if BG Leigh6 was driving as my substitute driver for the first round of races, doesn't that mean I get his points, even though in round 2 he has joined a new racing team??

Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
The team he was driving for would get his substitute points, but drivers don't share them amongst each other. Leigh's points are his, no matter if he is a sub or if he is driving for a different team.

No poindexter, i'm #104, Wumba is #105, not surprised the way he was driving...
I've looked at both incidents involving him though, and they both seem like racing incidents to me

It's that time of the month i think, after the second race last night my girlfriend turned up so i went downstairs, and he popped outta' his room like a waiting spider to have a go at me lol. The way he was acting, you would've thought this just happened...

Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
Are teams missing points from the board? ... I've had a quick count up and it seems that a few are missing some points
Or didn't that section of the results get updated yet?

Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
Did you mean not all points from a team had been included? (Only the top 2 finishers per team are counted for teams points).
Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
On the leaderboard how come its ordered by each persons highest point finish rather than their total points? Or is my computer just being awkward?

I think it's because each drivers' lowest points score is dropped, and being as we've only done two races, everyone drops the lower number meaning they're all sorted by only one race.

Ah I see, wasn't aware the lowest score was dropped. Cheers.

Fairly sure I saw it say that all drivers score counts towards the teams points in the rules thread.
Re: TORA TCC - General Discussion
That's correct - you get one dropped round in this series, and the formula automatically drops your lowest score to date.

You're right it does say that - this was just be me operating on autopilot, as no previous TORA series has scored anything other than the top 2. I will double check which method is the intended one and get back to you!
