I was pretty frustrated trying to control the karts and the GT cars. I assumed the Ginetta Junior would be the easiest race car to drive, but still struggled. It turns out the Formula Rookie and Formula Gulf cars are an absolute blast and aren't a problem to control at all. I would recommend trying the open wheel cars more if you're still having problems. The game is so much more fun now, and I can't wait to get back to it again!

Im not having many issues with the controller, I have adapted rather well I think. Im not struggling enough to spend out on a wheel when I need a couple of new lenses and a new camera body anyway!

Everyone has their style and way of using a controller. Like for me, it's just undrivable. It is very limiting as the deadzone seems to be 60% by default.

Yeah, I fancy a bit of the Sigma 150-500, then a good used 24-105 and then the 1d2 gets gone in favour of a couple of 1d4s. When I win the lottery.

When is the limited edition car pack coming out? On the Xbox store and I can't find it!

Hey everybody, so I bought the game on the 12th and it uploaded an update at the start of installation on the XBox one. So my question is, do I have the controller patch, or is there something else I need to be doing. I am really struggling with the game at the moment.

A patch to fix the controller issues wont arrive for at least another week.

For those wanting to buy the LE car pack.
You can switch your country to US, go to the store buy it and switch back.

I'm down for that, how do I do this? Is it the same thing as changing your DNS Settings to get American Netflix?

Well I'm not going to tell you how to set your Xbox to US. You can search for how to do that.
I do know Microsoft released a statement on users doing that, and they are not going to ban you for doing that.

OK so i thought i'd buy this project cars game for the xbone....

What the hell have the done to this game it's AWFUL!!

After messing around with some of the settings to play on the pad I still can't complete a lap. In my Clio i seem have to no control over the back end....you seem to have no feel for the back moving etc etc

Any help or pointers would be great or i'll be returning the game and saving myself £45 ha...

P.S. i'm using the CQR controller settings.

My setting which have made each car somewhat easy to drive tbf.

Steering Deadzone: 22
Steering Sensitivity: 0
Throttle Deadsone: 20
Throttle Sensitivity: 0
Brake Deadzone: 20
Brake Sensitivity: 0
Clutch Deadzone: 0
Clutch Sensitivity: 45
Speed Sensitivity: 70
Controller Filtering Sensitivity: 35
Force Feedback: 80

Clio is one of hardest cars to drive on game. I have found the game slightly harder to manage then Forza but can't understand what some people are complaining about. Game is fine just needs some glitches patching.

Tbh I can control the Renault Clio just fine. Sure I can't go fast with it yet but it took me 5 laps to get a good feel with that.
And then it just slammed straight into the wall with the awesome bug/feature.
My settings:
Steering Deadzone: 20
Steering Sensitivity: 5
Throttle Deadsone: 10
Throttle Sensitivity: 35
Brake Deadzone: 10
Brake Sensitivity: 25
Clutch Deadzone: 5
Clutch Sensitivity: 80
Speed Sensitivity: 80
Controller Filtering Sensitivity: 5
Force Feedback: 5
Advanced: on
on
on
off
Mode 3

BTW how do you guys get a setting like 13 or anything else then 5 or 0 at the end?
